  • Where is Twin Lakes Ranch Located?
    The festival is located 10 km East of Moose Jaw, SK on the #1 Highway. There are highway signs that say Twin Lakes Ranch Ministries. We are on the North side of the highway.
  • Who is the Revival Reformation Alliance?

  • What is Twin Lakes Ranch Ministries?
    Twin Lakes Ranch Ministries is a faith-based, non-profit organization located just minutes from Moose Jaw, SK on the #1 Highway of Heroes. Founded by Ron and Lorna Silvester, their life-long desire has been to “give (people) a future and a hope.” This began over 40 years ago as both Ron and Lorna had a desire to minister to youth and will continue to work in His Kingdom for the rest of their days. Twin Lakes Ranch is a Working Ranch and an Apostolic Resource Center that exists to train and equip individuals to fully live out their destiny. ​ TLRM offers Christian Rodeo Bible Camps, Clinics and a fully functioning outdoor arena in which they use as a platform to present Jesus. There are countless opportunities to be taught The Word of Faith in conferences, meetings and our regular “Word of Faith Night” every Tuesday evening. The Ranch is a place where the rural and urban can connect, bringing generations and nationalities together with strong family values. It is a place of healing and restoration. What began as an individual idea of trail rides many years ago is blossoming into a full-fledged program offering many facets of sport instruction, conference-type gatherings, educational opportunities and recreational events. ​ Twin Lakes Ranch Ministries is operated by a solid board with members coming from both Manitoba and Saskatchewan. Ron and Lorna have two daughters, one son-in-law and five grandchildren.
  • Will there be a photographer or videographer at the event?
    Yes, there will be a photographer at this event. By attending you acknowledge that people are using video and photographic cameras at the event and that your image may be captured on video or in photographs, which may subsequently be displayed or disseminated without your consent or payment of compensation to you and you release the Harvest Time Music Festival and Twin Lakes Ranch Ministries Inc from any legal liability for such filming, photographing or dissemination. ​You may take photos/videos but any commercial use of video/photos for your own commercial gain is strictly prohibited. You understand and accept that other than for personal use, images, film or video you obtain at the event may not be used without the prior written permission of J Halliday Photography. ​
  • Is registration required for this event?
    Registration is FREE but required for attending and for camping. To register click here: https://moosejawfestival.eventbrite.ca/
  • Will there be chairs provided?
    Yes, CHAIRS WILL BE PROVIDED - if you want to sit outside please bring your own lawn chair. Please respect people’s space. Please take all your belongings with you every night. Please do not leave your belongings overnight to save your space for the next day.
  • What do I need to bring with me?
    You may want to bring sunscreen, bug spray, hats, money, a refillable drink container, a folding lawn chair, and good footwear. Remember you are in an open field so good footwear is suggested, be prepared for any kind of weather, hot or cold, rain or shine. We will have a large tent for approximately 1000 people and chairs in the tent will be provided.
  • What are my options for meals and water during the festival?
    A variety of food and beverages supplied by a diversity of food trucks will be available for purchase throughout the festival for lunch and supper. A free drinking water station will be available on the site for personal use with your water bottles. Large jugs are not permitted to be filled at these stations. . Restaurants in Moose Jaw are only 10 minutes from the campsite. (If you have food allergies please bring your own meals)
  • Will there be parking at the ranch?
    Yes, there will be free parking during the festival Please follow signage and follow the directions of our traffic volunteers.
  • Will you have Handicapped special access for parking?
    Yes, Handicapped special access parking is located on-site. You MUST have a handicapped sign in your vehicle. Please note - there is no special seating for handicapped individuals so please ensure that you bring what you need.
  • Stage view and Courtesies during the event
    COURTESY Please take loud conversations away from the seating areas. Please be respectful of others and the worship bands. ​ STAGE VIEW Please take only the space you need and don’t block others’ views. If you have something that could impede someone’s view (e.g. higher lawn chairs, shade umbrellas, etc.) please sit at the back of the seating areas.
  • Will I be able to bring my RV, Camper, or tent to the event?
    We will accept RV’s, Campers and tents that want to stay for all or part of the weekend. We have limited washroom/shower facilities for those in tents or campers without a bathroom. Also, we have porta-potties available. We do not allow propane fire pots and BBQ’s in the camping area for fire reasons. Also, no campfires are allowed. When you leave: Leave no garbage and pack out everything you bring in. Festival site and Campsites must be kept clean. This is to be considered ROUGH CAMPING. Camping has limited showers and NO electrical or water services however as a courtesy porta-potties are supplied. Ensure generators are turned off when not in use and at midnight. Take all your waste to the receptacles provided.   • What are some Hotels or Motels that are nearby?
    There are many motels in Moose Jaw, which is only 10 minutes away. Hotel rooms are filling up fast book room as soon as possible: Closer to the Ranch is the Thriftlodge Motel on Highway #1 East (about 5 minutes from Twin Lakes Ranch).   • What site information do I need to know about camping at the Ranch?
    Sites are first come first serve upon arrival. There are NO water and NO electrical hookups in the campgrounds so please come prepared. It is ROUGH CAMPING. Portable washrooms will be provided as a courtesy throughout the campground. We have washroom/shower facilities but please keep the showers short. Keep the campsite tidy and protect the land! ​ NO individual/group fire pits are allowed on site. This includes propane fire bowls. Campsite driving lanes need to remain clear for emergency vehicle access at all times.
  • Am I allowed to bring my pet?
    NO PETS are allowed on grounds at any time. SERVICE DOGS WITH IDENTIFICATION AND REGISTRATION ARE ALLOWED. This includes the campground, parking area and festival grounds.
  • Will there be a curfew at this event?
    There is no curfew but please keep noise down and turn off your generators between 11 pm - 7 am.
  • Am I allowed to bring alcohol or drugs with me? What about smoking?
    NO ALCOHOL OR DRUGS are allowed on the festival grounds or in the campsites at any time. Those found under the influence of or in possession of such will be escorted off the property and or turned over to the RCMP. SMOKING Smoking is allowed on site but ONLY in the designated area.
  • Personal Responsibilities - risks and responsibilities
    You are responsible for yourself and your behaviour. You assume full responsibility and liability for your participation in and attendance at the festival. This means you also assume all risks and dangers incidental to your behaviour and participation at Harvest Time Music Festival, including loss or damage to property, personal injury or death, and hereby forever release, discharge and hold the Harvest Time Music Festival, Twin Lakes Ranch Ministries Inc, its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, contractors, agents or representatives harmless from any claim arising from such risk
  • What items am I forbidden from bringing with me?
    PROHIBITED ITEMS Alcohol and Drugs Weapons Fireworks Pets except for registered Service Dogs All-Terrain or Off-road motorized vehicles (ATV's, Dirt bikes, etc.) except for volunteer use. * Failure to comply with Rules and Regulations for the Harvest Time Music Festival may result in eviction and possible charges dependent on circumstance.
